I support this petition. PETAs judgement of Mulesing (a painful procedure performed on sheep) is an unfair one. While mulesing by either knife or clips may be stressful to the animal initially it sure beats dying of a large maggot infestation around the backside. PETA have now encouraged wool buyers to boycot producers who mulese their stock, time limits in which Australian farmers are required to find a cheap humane alternative are ridiculously short please support the cause!
