I must disagree with the intro to the aforesaid petition - Arwyn DOES NOT and CANNOT perform; he's not so much an actor as a RE-actor. However I will freely admit that he has INDEED infringed upon the country - if not, the world, for he boasts of high performance (there's that word again!)in 'social circles', ergo he could lead to filling the world with more 'Arwyns'... Please please PLEASE stop him; we have to see his face in real LIFE let alone TV.
