so so sad and sick. Its time the police had more power over animal cruelty. In America they have their own police for animals. Isnt it time we had the same here.
Its rediclious what a carry on. People who do this sort of thing are evil and are capeable of other calous acts. To aniaml lovers it is devastating, almost as bad as having your child kidnapped.
The law should get a grip.
