You are very lucky. I'm thrilled your dogs are healthy. That is what a dog owner wants. No one wants a puppy w/ illness & see them suffer. No one wants to bring home a puppy to their little kids & have to bring it back to be put in a trash bag and thrown out. Someone owns a dog because they want to love and treat him well. If not then why pay hundreds of dollars to adopt a pet. I am not an activist but, if I happen to come across cruelty then yes I will speak my mind. If I buy a puppy that is half dead and blind from a kennel,breeder or the guy next door then I will get involved. I would want my money back too. I would also not like to see this happen to any other family. How can a vet sign a paper saying the puppy is fine when actually the puppy was very sick & blind? My only guess is that this puppy was cramped in to a cage and no one paid attention to it. How can you not tell a blind puppy? If I was to spend hundreds of dollars on a puppy or anything for that matter I would do...

Animaly cruelty is sick disease. The real sad thing about it all is that the Government needs to step up to the plate to plate and take action and make regulations strict.
