I think that ALL TESTING should go to those bastards that murder people, molesting of any kind and all of those people that put animals through suffering of ANY kind and especially the Federal Governent for allowing It to happen

Being a taxpayer here In Canada I feel that this Is totally Inappropiate behavior and a terrible Injustice to the seals this behavior needs to stop perhaps there should be a referendum to see what this country really feels about It before spending taxpayers dollars not to mention how people feel about the government as whole
