I feel that you should have in here how your daughter feels about it all. She is 16 years old, and would have a mind of her own when it comes to this issue. I personally have a daughter, and she sure knows how to state her opinion on things. Being gay is not wrong. If someone wants to be gay, than so be it. Some people dont always know their gay until some sort of situation arrives up that will give them the push to feel okay and let people know. In my opinion it seems to me that your rather homophobic, There is no reason that straight people need protection against gays. They are no different than you and I. The only difference is that they prefer someone of the same sex.
