Should Smoking be Illegall? YES!
I completely agree. It has recently been made illegal in Bhutan (a 3rd world country), and the results are amazing. Anyone caught smoking is fined $200, which is more than 2 months worth of salary for the average person there. And it's great! Almost everyone has quit smoking by now. I trully believe that Canada & the US could do the same. They simply have to want to.
