Students Against the Proposed Curriculum...
Despite the casualties of the Civil War, it was still a very crucial point in American history. Why make the kids that haven't learned much about the Civil War numb to its historical values? And changing the word evolution to "biological changes through time" won't make more kids start thinking about evolution as a real thing. It's still only a theory with only more theories backing it up. Besides, a simple change in words won't make me believe something different.
