The petition is a fantastic idea. I completely support in principle the idea - however the wording is very \"demanding\" and will not go over well with the City if they ever get around to seeing it. My suggestions is to modify the petition and word it more appropriately - then get as many folks as you can to sign. It might also be worthwhile to mention that Toronto has already done this.
