This bill will do nothing but harm the nations hobby breeders which in my opinion produce the happiest, healthiest, well socialized pups and kittens in the nation. This will only hurt the public in the long run because that attention to detail and healthy enviroment (in our homes)will be taken away and forced to a backyard kennel.Why don't we concentrate on the rules set in place now and pursure those who have ducked and dodged the system for so long and leave the pure hobbiest alone so they can concentrate on loving and spoiling their pets the right way not from a distance in a kennel.

Shame!! If stealing isn't enough, why isn't permentally ruining a dogs future and career something to be suspended for!!???
