Instead of whining and whining and continuing to pay them and sign insignificant petitions, you should cancel. What do you think will cause action at a company, some petty e-petition, or the cancellation of thousands of accounts? Thousands probably wouldn't even make them flinch with over 6 million players. If it is just so bad, get a life outside of WoW, one without lag and technical issues and try that.
