I suppose an animals suffering is ok in countries where their human population has little value when in a lower socio economic situation. Its that lower socio economic person that has the excuse that they need to survive in any way they can, even if it is at the expense and horrific suffering of another creatures life. It will be a long time and not in our life that we will see the change of attitude, but neverthe less we should keep chipping away at the rock and promote the education of guiltless leaders of impoverished countries - after all they still live in their gold palaces!
