Put Made for TV movies on DVD
There have been so many great and popular movies just made for television that should be released. For example, consider most of Susan Lucci's films. They were all highly rated and most had really strong stories. It is a no-brainer that they would all sell strongly in the home video market on DVD. Why a TV network would produce any given movie to be only aired, say once or twice a year, only on television, and then never allow it to be shared on home video--is really beyond me. Why produce a film, show it once, and then let it stay hidden from the public in some vault somewhere is censorship and an obvious sign of rights monopoly and more people should be filing lawsuits against the respective TV networks for this unjust monopoly. It is unreasonable and smacks of McCarthyism.
