This is a violation of our freedom. Outlawing hard rock is a violation to freedom of speech. Just because people listen to hard rock doesn't mean they're going to be messed up people. I guess you could say I'm an example of that.
Marine animals and plants hate sludge and other stuff invading their home. I say dump that stuff in the homes of the polluters and see how they like it.
