there are many reasons that fireworks should be made legal in the state of new york forst of all it is more of an expense to the city to pay the cops to stop people from using fireworks people will still go to PA to get fireworks they are only dangerous if people are stupid with them and they are just as dangerous in NN as avery other state y can t we have them instead of banning them which is bad for the new york economy make them legal to people over 18 of anyone with a parent....most of firework related injury occurs either when people are careless with them or they are using an illegal type of explosive such as m-80s blockbusters and cherry bombs..i have a list of things that are legal and are much more dangerous than fireworks
