Pit Bull Ban
I'm still morning the loss of my best friend; a red nose brindle Pit Bull named Scrappy. He was a fine ambassador of his breed and changed many peoples minds about Pit Bulls. He was rescued at 8 weeks from a life of pain and abuse. You see Scrappy was destined to be a champion fighter and line his owners pockets with blood money like his father did before him. My wife and I gave him a new life full of love and friendship. We raised him properly and although he looked intimidating he was gentile and sensitive. He was obedient to the extreme and loved children and cats. He was a fearless protector that would have given his life to protect the ones he loved (how many people can you honestly say that about). His mere presents kept my wife and I from harm more times then we'll ever know. The only times I ever saw him as much as show his teeth to a human where justified.
