yo mon fireworks rule and those who take them away from us aren't helping. I say let the people use fireworks or they'll never learn proper safety and have the firemen and police stop demonstrating stupid acts on tv like blowing up a watermelon w/ an m-80 because they know they are encouraging stupid acts. However on tv they should be demonstrating how to properly discharge fireworks so people learn better. legalize fun for all!

nah dont be mean they have a right to their opininoo just like us they want them banned , and we want them legal . but now that i have the oppurtunity i will let the folks here kno my friends dad is a new york city police officer he says the number of injuries have drastically dropped and the remainder of the injuries are due to illegal explosives like m80s . why not at least let us use safe and sane on the fourth of july please it will raise the danger factor if fireowrks are illegal and it makes me sadistic wen more peoplw want them illegal. please be fair for pyro enthusiasts and we will try tp be more considerate at least i will

yea , today I had publice safety come to my door bacause i didn't have a fence aaround my pool which apparently is a class a misdemeanor they said they got complaints and well I didn't get a ticket but now i wanna find out who complained and if i do get a ticket ill say to the nosey neighbor hey , you want to fix the prbolem then heres my tickewt fix it and enjoy the new fence that you will buy,, that lousy fuck!!!

u guys rule!! I think it is unfair to punish those who wanna celebrate their freedom, i looked up punishments for using illegal fireworks and in one area the fine was $30,000 that is so unfair we must stand up to this petty system im with u all the way!!

I'm glad to see this. Fireworks deserved to be used by New Yorkers because they cause far less injuries than childrens toys.Legalize fireworks for all!
