Justice for Mir Murtaza Bhutto, Ashiq Jatoi, Sattar Rajpar, Shajad Haider Ghakro, Rahim Brohi, Yar Mohammad Baloch, and Wajahat Jokhio. On 20th September 1996, Mir Murtaza Bhutto, an elected member of the parliament was murdered along Ashiq Jatoi, Sattar Rajpar, Shajad Haider Ghakro, Rahim Brohi, Yar Mohammad Baloch, and Wajahat Jokhio as they were returning home from a public meeting on the outskirts of Karachi. 70 to 100 police officers placed yards away from 70 Clifton, including several high-level police fired when Mir Murtaza Bhutto exited the car. All of the seven men were fatally wounded. They were left to bleed without any medical attention for half-an-hour to 45 minutes. All of the seven men were then taken to different locations, none to emergency hospitals. The then PPP government did not arrest any of the police officers. Instead they were reinstated and duly promoted. All these men, all complicit in the murder Shoaib Suddle, Wajid Durrani,RaiTahir,Shahid Hayat,Agha Jamil,Shakaib Qureshi,Masood Sharif are currently free and some at various high level positions in Pakistan. The facts of the case and the tribunal appointed to investigate the matter concluded that the assassination could not have taken place �without approval from the highest level of government�. 13 years on still nothing has changed, the criminals are still free and the families of the victims continue to seek justice. We demand: The current government of Pakistan immediately book and investigate thoroughly the role of all the high level police officials involved in the assassination on that fateful night. This happens every year in Feroe iland in Denmark . In this slaughter the main participants are young teens. WHY? To show that they are adults and mature. In this big celebration, nothing is missing for the fun. Everyone is participating in one way or the other, killing or looking at the cruelty �supporting like a spectator� Is it necessary to mention that the dolphin calderon, like all the other species of dolphins, it�s near instinction and they get near men to play and interact. In a way of PURE friendship. They don�t die instantly; they are cut 1, 2 or 3 times with thick hocks. We are deeply concerned about the Anand Jon verdict; We feel that the jury acted in haste and a great injustice was committed. It is hard to understand in this great country how so many of these witnesses for the prosecution could blatantly lie on the stand, seemingly without consequences. These acts compound our concern regarding the fairness of the outcome. Futhermore, he passed the polygraph and we believe that the prosecution\'s main complaining witness should proceed with a polygraph also. Of the 16 counts, there is only one count of alleged rape and that one is based on a rape kit that is "NEGATIVE". We are signing and sending this petition to you because we are concerned about the verdict. Due to the overwhelming evidence in support of the defendant, we are troubled about the process and worried if there was bias and/or manipulation involved. There is obvious prosecutorial misconduct and we humbly request that prosecution should be removed from this case and an independent investigation be launched apart from the District Attorney. We, the undersigned, call on President President Barack Obama to show compassion for Gary Mckinnon and let him be tried in the United Kingdom. The mother of computer hacker Gary McKinnon made an impassioned appeal to US president Barack Obama today after her son failed in his latest High Court bid to avoid extradition to America. The 43-year-old, who suffers from Asperger\\\'s Syndrome (AS), is wanted for trial on charges of hacking into US military networks. His mother, Janis Sharp, has expressed fears that he could face a 60-year sentence in a tough US jail and would be at real risk of suicide because of his medical condition. She also fears she would never see him again. But today Lord Justice Stanley Burnton and Mr Justice Wilkie, sitting in London, dismissed his claim for judicial review. The Daily Mail has led a high-profile campaign to prevent Mr McKinnon\\\'s extradition which has received widespread backing from politicians, celebrities and civil liberties campaigners. Mr McKinnon, from Wood Green, North London, asked the court to overturn decisions of successive Home Secretaries allowing his extradition to go ahead. He also challenged a refusal by Keir Starmer QC, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), to put him on trial in the UK on charges of computer misuse. UK trial would allow him to avoid extradition. Lord Justice Burnton said: \\\'For the reasons set out in the judgment the claims against the secretary of state and DPP are dismissed.\\\' In a 41-page ruling, the judges said extradition was \\\'a lawful and proportionate response to his offending\\\'. Whether or not Mr McKinnon can appeal further will be decided at a later date. Dear Mr. Mayor, Back in 2005 you were the only politician that responded when I reached out regarding my case which involves domestic violence. Back then I informed your office of my situation and you had Officer Campbell from your Domestic Violence task force call me back (I still have the letter that I wrote to you from which you rsponded on my situation). You were extremely helpful because you wanted to make sure that my daughter and I were safe. You have done a wonderful job in dealing with domestic violence and you have even set up various satellite offices which help to tackle the various issues that plague women and children victims of domestic violence such as The Family Justice Center. I know you would never condone what has happened below but I feel compelled to let you know because as Mayor of NYC you have always held everyone accountable for their actions and you do not uphold them when they are wrong. Which is why is brings me great pain to inform you that on March 3 2009 � My daughter was handed over to the respondent father. No address, no contact number was taken by Judge Camacho or the Law Guardian, Marjorie Renee Steinberg for the child or the respondent father. This is very disturbing since Judge Fernando Camacho issued an order of protection for the respondent father to stay away from me and not to cause interference with Aniysah in May 2005. And, it has been more than 150 days without the court having had a home assessment for the father done. The IDV court in Queens (Judge Fernando Camacho) and the assigned law guardian have taken an unacceptable risk with the life, safety and mental well being of Aniysah Colston. This risk was initially motivated by retaliation against myself (the mother), on the law guardian�s behalf as retribution for a grievance filed against the law guardian (in the underlying proceedings) by me (the mother). They need to know that they cannot do what they want to do but have to do what the LAW say�s and they need to be held accountable. I need your support to MAKE the Judge and the Law Guardian to be held accountable. This is not just for me and my daughter but this is for every woman and child who have gone thru this in the past and by us signing and speaking up we will be heard so that hopefully no more mothers and their children will ever have to go thru this nightmare again. I know you would never condone what has happened below but I feel compelled to let you know because as Mayor of NYC you have always held everyone accountable for their actions and you do not uphold them when they are wrong. Which is why is brings me great pain to inform you that on March 3 2009 � My daughter was handed over to the respondent (abusive) father. No address, no contact number was taken by Judge Camacho or the Law Guardian, Marjorie Renee Steinberg for the child or the respondent father. This is very disturbing since Judge Fernando Camacho himself issued an order of protection for the respondent father to stay away from me and not to cause interference with Aniysah in May 2005. And, it has been more than 180 days without the court having had a completed home assessment for the father. The IDV court in Queens (Judge Fernando Camacho) and the assigned law guardian have taken an unacceptable risk with the life, safety and mental well being of Aniysah Colston. This risk was initially motivated by retaliation against myself (the mother), on the law guardian�s behalf as retribution for a grievance I filed against the law guardian (in the underlying proceedings). They need to know that they cannot do what they want to do but have to do what the LAW say�s and they need to be held accountable. This is happening to MOTHER\'S OF ALL RACES! I need your support to MAKE the Judge and the Law Guardian to be held accountable. This is not just for me and my daughter but this is for every woman and child who have gone thru this in the past and by us signing and speaking up we will be heard so that hopefully no more mothers and their children will ever have to go thru this nightmare again. Improve Road User Safety outside Kings Arms

Two years ago a student cyclist was killed in a collision with a refuse truck on the Holywell St/Parks Road junction outside the Kings Arms pub in Oxford. The council spent some time with the university representatives to find ways of improving safety at the junction and concluded that the best way to proceed would be to create a \"shared-space\" - similar to one outside the shopping centre on Queen St. But they wanted to incorporate this into a major re-design of Broad St, which (given the current financial crisis) is quite a long way away. In the meantime, the council is doing nothing about the most terrifying road junction in central Oxford, despite admitting an increase in the number of accidents reported on the junction. This junction causes immense distress to road users, who rightly perceive it as very unsafe. The fact is that the junction is dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians, because traffic lights give no clear indication to them of when to cross safely. Hundreds of road users every day have to double-guess each others actions and this can be fatal once again if someone is in a rush. The junction is completely unsuitable for road users with disabilities, particularly those with hearing and visual impairments. Disabled users are forced to use other road junctions (e.g. Parks Rd/South Parks Rd), which limits their freedom of movement. This means we cannot wait for the next accident to happen. The council must drop its excuses and act now. We demand: 1) An urgent review of road user safety of the Holywell St/Broad St/Catte St/Parks Rd junction outside the Kings Arms pub in Oxford. 2) An immediate installation of cyclist and pedestrian lights on the junction. 3) A new configuration of traffic lights sequence, which will ensure safety and peace of mind for all road users. 4) Ensure that the new pedestrian crossings are fully suitable for disabled road users, in particular, by providing audible signals.

Dogs where shot by a farmer in front of the owners eyes 20feet away from them, with a farmer yeilding a shot gun, in a field with no sheep!!!!!!! Now the dogs had ran through a field and where unsupervised for 5 minutes ....and the farmer chased them round an empty field as they where running towards the owners and shot them... one he corned and shot 5 times in front of a 65 year old and a 70 year old who where 20feet away begging him not to shoot their dogs..I am outraged at such a cold callous act!!! The law states: 9 Killing of or injury to dogs worrying livestock (3)Subject to subsection (4) of this section, a person killing or causing injury to a dog shall be deemed for the purposes of this section to act for the protection of any livestock if, and only if, either� (a)the dog is worrying or is about to worry the livestock and there are no other reasonable means of ending or preventing the worrying; or (b)the dog has been worrying livestock, has not left the vicinity and is not under the control of any person and there are no practicable means of ascertaining to whom it belongs. We would like to request that due to many occasions as above without due cause to inflict such harm on the animals to petition to clarify the law and insist that farmers CANNOT shoot at will, unless in extreme circumstances which should be clearly written down.. If a dog is worrying pregnant ewes at all, worrying animals for a time deemed necessary to stop the said animal before any harm becomes the animals in question or if an animal has attacked and brought down or bitten seriously (and wounded) an animal then a farmer MUST fire a warning shot in the air. Most occasions this act is suffice to stop the dogs behaviour. If the said animal is running away from the animals then it is NOT to be shot but should be detained by the police until the owner or party responsible collects the animal and who will be charged for the above actions under the Dogs Protection of Livestock Act 1953 (c.28) If the dog is running towards its owner then it should be brought under control and the Farmer should call Police with details of teh responsible party and they should be charged in a court of Law under this Act. http://www.opsi.gov.uk/RevisedStatutes/Acts/ukpga/1953/cukpga_19530028_en_1 This petition is to ask that there must be provable evidence that the Farmer had no other option but to destroy the said animal and if there is not he may be charged under the Cruelty to animals act for causing undue harm to a dog. Neverland Ranch isn�t just any place; it is the place where dreams of children in need come true. Michael�s initiative to bring kids into Neverland to play meant a great deal to them in their healing process, just because of the fact that it was his home. He made a great impact on the world, especially the children, and he still does. This is a fantastic way to preserve the memory of Michael Jackson in his favorite place on earth and in the same time enlighten needy children�s lives by letting them in once again to have a blast. Neverland Ranch is a haven and a paradise for a child who�s going through a hard time and just by letting them spend a day there or two would really make a difference in their lives. Once again, just the fact that it was a home of the greatest superstar of all time makes the place and the visit magic. So let�s bring back the little red steam engine, fill up the bar with lots of candy and start playing those cartoons. Stop PA from Evicting The People of Centralia PA

In 1962 a mine fire started on the outside of Centralia, PA and continued for 47 years. In the beginning, the people wh owere suffering from the toxic fumes were moved, then the rest move on a voluntary basis. Only 9 families remain. In 1993 the state of PA took eminent domain over the town and are now beginning to evict the people, This petition is going to President Obama to stop PA from evicting the remaining families, most of whom were born and raised there. The Ethiopian Association in Switzerland (AES) has, for years, been defending the right of asylum seekers here in Switzerland and trying to bring to the attention of the Swiss authorities, international community and pertinent human right organisations the ever-increasing sufferings of Ethiopian asylum seekers in Switzerland by giving a written account to various government offices and through demonstrations staged in Bern and Geneva. Ever since the adoption of the April 2004 restrictive and inhuman asylum law by the extreme right dominated Swiss government, Ethiopian asylum seekers have been: � Simply abandoned on the street without any means to live on (some have spent the last rude winter in public toilettes). � Imprisoned for several months just for attempting to go to another country after they were left on the streets. � Denied fair trial, the right for representation by their own lawyers, the right to have interpreters when appearing in court. � Denied medical treatments and follow-ups except in emergency cases. � Exposed to inhuman and degrading treatments from some cantonal authorities. � Denied the right to get married and form a normal matrimonial life as they have been assigned to live in different cantons by the authorities (they are told that they can live together when they get back to their country; engaged couples are prevented from getting married) � Forced to live in abandoned bomb shelters on isolated mountaintops. � Left without any identification cards which have been confiscated by the authorities. While this being the facts here in Switzerland, back home, the EPRDF has been overwhelmingly rejected at the ballot box in the latest election and its international political image has been tarnished by the election fraud, the escalated human right abuses and violent terror that is witnessed all over the country. As support and sympathy to the oppostion was being echoed all over the globe, the ruling party kept on accusing the Diaspora of assisting the opposition financially and serving as their voice in international forums. In a futile attempt to break the worldwide chain of protests staged in major cities to condemn the massacres of the 24 th May and mend its political bankruptcy, the government has adopted retaliatory measures against Ethiopians living abroad with the aim of breaking the presumed external financial and political support network of the opposition and neutralize the international protest by getting asylum seekers deported back to their torture camps. The EPRDF has signed agreements with the Swiss government to get Ethiopians deported in exchange for a promised financial package. To this effect the foreign Ministry has instructed the embassies and consulates in Europe to issue travel documents, without any condition, to all Ethiopian that their respective governments are willing to deport. Accordingly the Ethiopian consulate in Geneva has already started implementing the issuance of the travel document and consequently the deportation process. � According to the Swiss officials more than 1240 Ethiopian �failed asylum seekers� are facing deportation. � So far the Ethiopian Mission in Geneva has issued travel documents for 13 Ethiopian asylum seekers whose identities have been provided by the Swiss authorities. The documents have already been submitted to the deporting officials. � The Mission says they have instructions from the Ethiopian foreign Ministry to issue travel documents to any Ethiopian whom the Swiss authorities want to deport. � So far an Ethiopian from Canton of Lucerne has been deported. � The deportation of 2 other Ethiopians from Winthrthur is also scheduled on the 13th of July 2005. They already have all the travel details with Lufthansa and other instructions from the police. In view of the above mentioned facts and the present dangerous situation in Ethiopia, it is inhuman and unacceptable to deport asylum seekers back to their predators. � We call the Swiss people and human right organizations to react against the decision of their government from committing regrettable acts. � We urge the reputed Lufthansa and other airways and airliners not to take part in this inhuman act. � We call on all our compatriots throughout the world to protest to Swiss embassies worldwide and urge the immediate intervention of international and humanitarian organizations to stop the deportation. Islamism is a reactionary ideology which kills equality, freedom and secularism wherever it is present. ABC seems to think personal responsibility is not a worthy cause, and expects to apply a double standard as to what is wrong for same sex couples and what is acceptable for opposite sex couples. ABC produces Daytime Television and Reality Television, but it not acceptable for same sex couples to do the same. Adam Lambert is right he is not a babysitter. If people cannot take personal responsibility it is more reflective on them than it is on Adam Lambert.

On the 25th september i took my 2yr old son to a doctor with a rash and small mark on his bum. they transferred him to a pediatrician who the decided some one had smacked him. NO ON would EVER hurt my children and never will. Social services took both my children without a court order and they still have them without a court order. my children are crying begging to come home and even though my daughter told them no one had ever hurt her or my son they wont listen to her.
