Please Fix Itunes download error (2020)

People have been getting errors in Apple\'s Itunes program and I\'m recently one of them. This error is known as (2020) and accurs when trying to download something from itunes that has a related problem. So far not all the files seem to have this problem but some do for example me when trying to download the (verison 3.1.2) for my apple ipod touch 2G. Other related (2020) have been accuring and people have already payed for the use of service but have been left with nothing but money spent and waiting for this issue to be corrected. Please sign this petition to have apple itunes corrrect this problem straight away or refund our money. We have the right of \"fair use\" claims as people we have the right \"to use of service\" fairly.

Dog Park in Park Road Park

The growing South Park area needs a dog park central to our area. The South Park area is growing in condos, townhomes, and apartments with little or no outdoor space for dog owners. While Charlotte has four dog parks, the dog parks close to the South Park area are approximately 20 minutes away. Parks and Recreation�s initial goal regarding dog parks is to have one dog park per the five districts in Charlotte. The South district has Davie Dog Park located at William R. Davie District Park however this dog park is better situated for the Ballantyne and the more south neighborhoods. Currently, there is opportunity to request that Park and Recreation designate another dog park for the South district and Park Road Park is centrally located and would be an ideal location for the South Park area. Dog parks are an asset to communities. Not only do they provide a great off leash place for dogs to exercise mentally and physically, dog parks also bring citizens and neighbors together to meet and socialize that normally would not mingle. The South Park area is made up of many neighborhoods, old, new, single family homes, apartments, condos, etc. The more neighbors and housing groups interact, the stronger a community is. By supporting this petition, you can show your endorsement of having a dog park in Park Road Park. We will present our petition to the Park and Recreation Advisory Board on January 27th, 2010 at 6:30 at the William R. Davey Conference Center. Okay maybe I am a little over optimistic with the amount of signatures I hope to recieve. But I really care about this. Every year around 10 million cats and dogs are abused in the United States. The most commonly abused animal is a companion, or pet usually cats. Why? Simply because many cats and dogs are not neutered or spayed. They create more unwanted animals that live a miserable and often short lives. Most shelters do not have the funding to spay and neuter all their pets and they rely on the owner to take care of it. Unfortuantly in this economy and even before people either can\'t afford too or don\'t want to spay and neuter their animals. The worst 7 states for animal abuse are as follows: Florida, New York, Ohio, Texas, Pensylvannia, Georgia, and North Carolina. We need to urge are governments to give more to shelters to eliminate this problem. Leave a message here to give the government your two cents about our appaling rate of negelected animals. Sikap dan keputusan-keputusan Kelengkapan Pelayanan GMIM, baik di aras jemaat, wilayah, dan sinode, mulai dari Sidang Majelis Jemaat hingga Rapat Badan Pekerja Sinode Lengkap sejak tahun 2005 di Tumpaan, tahun 2006 di Kumelembuai, tahun 2007 di Koya, tahun 2008 di Kembes, dan tahun 2009 di Airmadidi, belum dapat menghasilkan sebuah keputusan konkret terhadap penyelesaian masalah Hak Kelola UKIT dan tindak lanjut pengawasan terhadap organ yayasan. Penyerahan kewenangan pengelolaan kepada penanganan hukum telah dengan sangat terbuka mencoreng kewibawaan Gereja. Kondisi ini menjadi tanggung jawab penuh secara kelembagaan baik Seluruh Anggota Rapat Badan Pekerja Sinode Lengkap utusan Jemaat dan Wilayah, Badan Pekerja Sinode GMIM (bukan orang per seorangan), Yayasan AZR Wenas, dan Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Kristen. 4. Apabila dalam kurun waktu hingga 90 (sembilan puluh) hari sejak Petisi ini dikeluarkan, para pihak terkait belum mencapai titik temu penyelesaian masalah UKIT, maka Kami, Pemuda Gereja Masehi Injili di Minahasa, Atas Nama Kebenaran dan Keadilan, menyerukan kepada seluruh Jemaat untuk melaksanakan Rapat Sidi Jemaat, Sidang Majelis Jemaat, dan Sidang Wilayah untuk diteruskan ke Sidang Sinode untuk : a. Tidak memilih kembali seluruh Badan Pekerja Sinode GMIM periode 2005 - 2010, memberhentikan seluruh Pengurus Yayasan dan membubarkan Yayasan AZR Wenas dan Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Kristen, dan membentuk Yayasan Baru yang diberikan kewenangan penuh mengelola Universitas Kristen Indonesia Tomohon dan usaha layanan masyarakat lainnya. b. Melaksanakan penggembalaan khusus, penilikan, dan disiplin gerejawi terhadap Badan Pekerja Sinode GMIM periode 2005 � 2010, Pengurus Yayasan AZR Wenas, dan Pengurus Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Kristen UKIT. c. Merehabilitasi dan menerima kembali Pekerja GMIM yang diberhentikan dan dipensiunkan sesuai dengan kapasitas dan ketentuan yang berlaku dalam peraturan tentang Pekerja GMIM serta mengembalikan segala hak, harkat, dan martabat sebagai Pekerja GMIM. d. Menghentikan Renovasi Auditorium Bukit Inspirasi Tomohon yang sarat dengan Nilai Persekutuan, Solidaritas, dan Jiwa Mapalus dari Warga GMIM dan melaksanakan penggembalaan khusus, penilikan, dan pengenaan disiplin gerejawi kepada Penanggung Jawab Pengelola Aset dalam hal ini Bidang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya dan Dana serta Departemen Aset, dan Calon Investor yang dengan sengaja telah merusak tatanan kehidupan berjemaat, kemudian melaksanakan ulang tahap-tahap renovasi secara terbuka, adil, dan obyektif. 5. Apabila di kemudian hari Petisi Pemuda ini tidak ditindaklanjuti oleh Seluruh Kelengkapan Pelayanan GMIM dari aras Jemaat, Wilayah, dan Sinode, kami meyerukan : a. Agar Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten Se-Sulawesi Utara dan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara menghentikan semua subsidi termasuk bantuan penyelenggaraan terhadap Gereja Masehi Injili di Minahasa kepada Badan Pekerja Sinode GMIM, Yayasan AZR Wenas, dan YPTK UKIT bersama Bidang dan Alat Kelengkapan terkait lainnya. b. Agar seluruh warga jemaat tidak lagi memilih seluruh pihak yang terkait dengan permasalahan tersebut di atas sebagai Kelengkapan Pelayanan GMIM pada periode 2009/2010 � 2013/2014 c. Seluruh Pemuda GMIM di jemaat-jemaat hingga kolom-kolom untuk merapatkan Barisan, menggumuli dalam doa, puasa, dan melakukan Class Action kepada para pihak yang terkait dan bertanggung jawab karena telah meresahkan kehidupan berjemaat GMIM secara keseluruhan. d. Seluruh Badan Pekerja Majelis Jemaat agar tidak lagi meneruskan Sentralisasi Jemaat ke Sinode, untuk kemudian mengalihkan dana Sentralisasi dalam pemanfaatan kebutuhan pembiayaan penatalayanan di tingkat jemaat. It is about time to fire Eddie Jordan, the Coach of the Philadelphia 76ers. He refuses to use defensive lineups. He refuses to play Elton Brand in the S5. His rotations are offensive oriented and only offensive oriented. He plays a big lineup only 10minutes a game. Still he complains about bad rebounding after every single game! His defensive philosophy is about letting the opponent shoot open three pointers. If they hit over 50% of those he says they got just lucky that night! The Sixers are built to defend and get out on the run. Still he managed to make them to one of the three worst defensive teams in the whole league. This team was a top 3 rebounding team with Brand in the S5 last year. Jordan managed to make them to one of the worst rebounding teams in the league. Only because he uses small lineups every time he has a chance to! It is time to make Ed Stefanski clear that this coach is the wrong one for this team at this time! It is time to fire him. Ed Stefanski wanted to create an philosophy with this team. And this coach is the complete opposite of what this team needs! He tries to squeeze this team into a playing style that they are not built for. Mo Cheeks got fired because of a bad start last year. This year this team is even worse and shows no signs of improvement at all. It is about time: Fire Eddie Jordan!

An application is currently before the Nyack Planning Board and Architectural Review Board to demolish a beautiful home at 100 North Franklin Street (Nyack, NY), sub-divide and build SIX attached homes on the lot where the former home of Hezekiah Easter, civil rights leader and the first African-American man to be elected to office in Rockland County, now stands. Haven Court, which adjoins 100 N. Franklin Street, was just recently renamed honoring Mr. Easter\'s contribution to our community. In addition to the historical and cultural significance of this home, it is an architectural gem, made from local granite and famous Hudson River bricks, that blends beautifully with the neighboring houses and Churches. If we allow this stunning and structurally sound home to be demolished and the property sub-divided (6 units!) by a developer, we will be setting a dangerous precedent for the community. Please don\'t let this happen. The area is already very busy, with three Churches and two Schools, and simply cannot handle more congestion. Members of the Nyack Planning and Architectural Review Boards, we encourage you to use every tool available to ensure that this proposal does not go forward. We view the manner by which Pennsylvania deals with senior citizen drivers who are no longer competent enough to be on the roads as unsatisfactory. Pennsylvania�s age demographic proves that elderly citizens of age 65 and older comprise a large percentage of the population, one of the highest in the nation. As the baby boomer generation ages into this demographic and more senior citizen drivers will likely be on the roads than ever before, the threat that these drivers pose to themselves and others as a result of decreased driving capabilities is an issue that we see as having a great deal of exigency. We have found little evidence to suggest that Pennsylvania�s policies are up to par with the rest of the nation. The physicals and eye tests given to randomly selected citizens only reach out to a minuscule portion of the population, and while all medical conditions that may impede upon driving skills are required to be reported by physicians, this does not adequately account for the deterioration of motor skills, slower reaction time, and overall apprehension that occur with age. We by no means claim that all elderly drivers are dangerous and should be removed from the roads, but statistics show that the number of accidents per mile driven for senior citizens is higher than any other age group. Also, an accident curve graphic will begin to increase dramatically around the age of 65 and continue to rise. Our solution aims to lessen this trend. We propose that all citizens of Pennsylvania, upon reaching the age of 65, will have their drivers� licenses reevaluated (renewed) every five years by means of a physical inspection and driving test. Senior citizens that claim their own lives and the lives of others do not do so out of malicious intent, but rather it is because they do not realize their inability to maintain safe driving habits. Any elderly driver who successfully passes such a test will retain their driving rights and are free of testing for five more years. We like to believe that most citizens, upon reaching the age of 65, will understand the rational behind this license reevaluation, cooperate with the procedure, and understand that it is founded upon research and good intent, not age discrimination. Put Charlotte 49ers Basketball on TV

UNC Charlotte is the only major university in Charlotte, but their basketball games are almost never on TV. Even locally. The only times they do get on TV is when they are playing against ranked opponents. I would like it if a local station, such as Fox Sports South, would broadcast 49ers games more often.

Alright, I made this for a number of reasons. First off, I have been called/mistaken for a Mod numerous times, and when I tell people no, they will say something along the lines of, \"Oh, you seem like you would be a Staff member.\" which makes me feel like the community thinks I\'m an alright guy. Second, numerous staff members have said I would make a great Mod such as Parker, Billy, NIS, Chuck Norris, Rafi, and I think Hidendra; which leads me to believe the Staff think I would do a good job. Third, I am active everyday, on the site a minimum of 12 hours everyday, which means I would be available to help people at all times. Fourth, I am very active in the Scammers section, (I have earned numerous warnings/infractions because I post in reports I\'m not supposed too >_>), and I help NIS solve cases all the time. I am also active in the Help section, and have solved numerous issues, and offer help to anyone who asks via PM or MSN. Fifth, I am trusted in the community, I have 50+ vouches, and have a verified service and MiddleMan thread. Although, if I became staff, I would get out of the Market section as I believe Staff should focus more on Moderating. Sixth, I know how to run a site, as I run RuneCentral.org with Admin NIS. Also, I am very familiar with vBulletin and the Moderator controls, and even taught Chuck Norris how to work everything. I would go on, but I do not want to sound narcissistic.
