The so-called artist of such cruelty and the visitors of the gallery of art watched the agony of this animal. The dog finally died of famine, surely after a painful, absurd and incomprehensible torture. The prestigious Centralamerican Biennial of Art decided that this horrible act committed by this guy was art, and Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat his cruel actions in said Biennial in 2008. The dog was named Natividad. I have heard both that the dog is dead and that the dog is not dead. Either way it is cruel in my eyes and cruel towards a starving dog. The thing that hurts me most is that the people in the gallery would actually just walk by the dog without thinking about setting it free. No starving dog should be put on public display for the amusement of others. Yes its sick, cruel, gross, and horrible. This practice involves manipulating the whale\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s and dolphin\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s route and destination by forcing them together and into an area from which they are unable to escape. Once imprisoned in this area, they are needlessly and violently slaughtered, subjected to extremely cruel actions that cause intense suffering, prolonged pain, and fear, and that cannot be legitimately described as either humane or justified. Indeed, it is significant to illustrate these actions as evidence of extreme indifference and a gross disrespect of sentient life. As such, I respectfully request that the European Union exerts its influence to effect an immediate discontinuation of this indefensible hunt. This event is promoted as a cultural tradition, a celebration of heritage and spirit, but mitigating words and euphemistic descriptions cannot conceal the inherently barbaric nature of this hunt. Any celebration built on a foundation of extreme animal cruelty, exploitation, and suffering cannot be justified as an expression of historical pride; indeed, condemning whales and dolphins, or any other animals, to a torturous ceremony is indefensible. Commemorating cultural history is admirable, yet subjecting an innocent creature to such a primitive rituals only demonstrates Denmark as an apathetic and unprincipled society. Furthermore, from a pragmatic position, you should be aware of the toxicity of whale and dolphin meat, and consumption of such could prove dangerous. I am asking that the European Union provides immediate relief on behalf of our animal friends: I implore upon you to act swiftly and responsibly by enacting an immediate moratorium on these savage hunts. It is inconvenient to Yahoo users because: 1. The old setup was fine and changing interfaces is simply confusing. 2. The \\\"Personal Assistant\\\" feature on the top-right side is gone. This was a great feature because you could access your mail, message someone, check the weather, etc. all at the click of a mouse. Removing this feature is terribly inconvenient. 3. The categorization of news articles is gone. This makes it harder to find a news article you enjoy whereas on the old interface there were categories such as \\\"Sports\\\" and \\\"Entertainment\\\". 4. Changing the color of the Yahoo logo to purple is not a wise move. This isn\\\'t a huge deal, but purple is stereotypically a \\\"woman\\\'s color\\\" and changing it to this is just a dumb move. Perhaps a different color would suit it or just revert back to red where no one had a problem with it. Or even better, give us the chance to customize the Yahoo logo color. Don\\\'t get us wrong. There are positive attributes to the new interface but we feel these would be better implemented to the old interface.
