People of mydungeonspace.com, I have recently learened that lust has been unfairly banned from my dungeon space by the site\'s very own founder. I PM\'d our site admin and he denies any unfair dismissal has taken place and said he gave Lust several warnings before he actualy banned her and that her banning from MDS was a provoked attack. The SA, in his reply PM says that at no time did Lust show him any evidence of said PM or any, in his own words, undue behaviour. He goes on to say that scince then, he knows some of the vile things Lust has aledgedly said about his fellow MOD\'s and about mydungeonspace.com itself The lady herself however tells me one of the other MOD\'s then PM\'d her something sexualy offensive, later denied it, then laughed at her and told lust to, in his own words, deal with it. I belive Lust was unfairly dissmissed and if you agree, would appriciate as many of your signaturs as possible. I hope this will be shown to the SA and he\'ll consider lifting Lust\'s ban. I may have some details wrong and for this I apologise but the bottom line is Lust did not deserve a life time ban from the site. My wife\\\'s four children (my step children) currently live in Emmett Idaho with their father. Their father currently has several contempt charges filed against him for violating their divorce decree and parenting plan such as: 1. Failure to share expenses for visitation. 2. Failure to provide school records/progress reports. 3. Failure to notify mother when children are removed from the state of Idaho. just to mention a few. We are also requesting the court to order a home study/evaluation to determine where the \\\"best\\\" residence for the child may be. I have quoted the word best, as this is how it is stated in the original divorce decree/parenting plan. Our arguments are as follows: 1. During visits to Washington State to visit his girlfriend, the children were returned home at 1:00am on the first occasion and almost 6:00am on the second, and both of these were school nights. 2. The father\\\'s failure to acknowledge notices from Idao Power caused the children to return home from school one day to find the power company disconnecting their power, which in turn stop the water pump system. Four children had to go 12+ hours without electricity or running water. 3. The father had told the children that they are not to tell their mother or me anything about what goes on because she will use it to take them away from him. We fortunately explained to the children that we ask because we are concerned for their well-being. 4. We found out through the youngest that he often cannot get anything to drink during lunch at school. When we contacted the school, they informed us that he had an outstanding balance and they had to stop supplying him lunches when the notices sent home were not acknowledged. We paid the outstanding balance and funded an account for all of the children to have a drink with their lunches and continue to maintain these accounts, even though this should be part of the child support that is paid monthly to the father. 5. The father had the land line phone of the house turned off without notifying either the children of mother and myself. There are two minor children under the age of ten who are often left alone in the mornings for approximately one hour waiting for the school bus. Without a phone, an emergency situation can be an extremely frightening situation for us to worry about. 6. Father often has overnight guests at the house and displaces his own children to either the couch or floor and allows these guests to use the their beds. On one occasions, the father allowed the two minor children (one boy and one girl) to share sleeping arrangements with two 16 year old, non-relative boys. 7. The youngest daughter was having knee pain several months ago and father failed to follow up with doctor because he didn\\\'t have time. 8. Children told us on occasions that they did not have dish soap to wash after meals and had to use laundry detergent just so they may have clean dishes and utensils. 9. On several occasions the children informed us that they had run out of such staples as bread and milk. Once or twice is understandable, but repeatedly is not. 10. The oldest daughter has received calls from Verizon Wireless on more than one occasion stating that the bill, which is under her father\\\'s name, was past due in excess of $700.00. A 13 year old girl does not need to be getting these types of calls because of her father\\\'s failure to fulfill financial obligations. 11. On several occasions, the children informed us that their father had instructed them not to answer the phone because \\\"if it\\\'s mom, she\\\'ll call back.\\\" 12. The oldest girl, 13, is often left as head of household and does not get to grow up as a young girl should. With the lack of adult supervision, they have developed behavioral problems such as explosive tantrums, serious physical confrontations, and overall defiance. 13. We have often been told that they have to sleep in their clothes instead of sleepwear because laundry was not done. They have told us that they have gone extended periods without changing their bedding because of the laundry not being done. 14. Their only source of heat for the winters of Idaho is a wood burning stove. The children have told us on several occasions that when their father is not at home, they are responsible for splitting wood, lighting the fire and maintaining it also. We do not feel that this is safe or fair for children between the ages of eight and thirteen. We have also pleaded with the court to stipulate the following as a temporary measure to insure the childrens well being pending the study/evaluation: 1. Insure that the children are sent to school each day with lunch and drink or the ability to purchase either. 2. Return the children from trips no later than 6:00pm on a school night so that they may prepare for bed and get adequate rest for their day. 3. Not to displace the children from their beds for overnight guests. 4. Not allow inappropriate sleeping arrangements with the children. 5. Insure that the children has access to staples such as bread, milk, linens, clean clothing, soap, etc. 6. Maintain a phone account in good standing to insure available communications for both emergencies and also their mother and myself. 7. Properly supervise the children as a responsible parent. On November 17, 2009 the honorable Judge Tyler Smith heard our plea in court and denies seeing justifiable reason to order a home study/evaluation. He stated that it seems to him that their father is \\\"doing what he can\\\" as a single parent of four. We asked the court to determine what is \\\"best\\\" for the children, not what is \\\"acceptable\\\", which is what both parents agreed to, as is stated in the original divorce decree/parenting plan. Ironically, the same Judge is the one who signed the original divorce decree and parenting plan, but is now not allowing it to be enforced. We are hoping that if there are enough people out there that can see and understand the grounds for our custody change request and we can present this petition to the courts, the court will have no other option but to hear our case and see that the change of custody would be in the best interest of the children now, and for their future. Blue Light installed at Lullwater Entrance

Safety is one of the greatest concerns at the University and the potential for dangerous activity is greatest at night, especially in dark and poorly lit areas. Lullwater Park is a resource used by many students, both graduate and undergraduate, as well as the general public and Clifton Road is not a private university-maintained road, which lends it to more dangerous activities than an on-campus roadway. The Lullwater Park entrance is on a path frequented at night by many students, both graduate and undergraduate and there have been reported dangerous incidents inside of Lullwater Park at night. There have been recent reported dangerous incidents at universities around the country, specifically in Atlanta and specifically at Emory with students being held up at gunpoint and if dangerous persons are inside Lullwater Park, it stands to reason that they need to enter or exit the location, possibly via the main entrance at Clifton Road. Emory University touts its blue light system as one of the best safety resources available for students and a blue light emergency phone at the entrance to Lullwater Park would provide an additional safeguard against potentially dangerous activity. Therefore, please show your support for the installation of a new blue light at the entrance of Lullwater on Clifton Road by signing this petition.

Hallmark is selling these new \\\'eco-aquariums.\\\' They are about 1-2 liters big, with no heater, filter, or hiding place for them. According to them the gravel \\\'filters\\\' the water, and you only need to change it every three months. Gravel does NOT filter water, and if you have two african dwarf frogs in it, you would have to change the water every few days to keep them alive! African dwarf frogs are nocturnal and they are tropical animals. If you have them living on a desktop all day with no hiding spot, they will get severely stressed out. Since they are tropical, they require a heater to be healthy, which according to Hallmark they do not need. In that tiny container the temperature will be constantly fluctuating and stressing the frog. The poor things were forced to live in container about 5\\\" by 5\\\", and they said that they could live in there for their whole lives! Well, they probably could, but that wouldn\\\'t be very long.
