In response to this petition, it is my opinion that you are very ignorant. I am deaf and I have a job, I pay rent, carnote, car isurance, purchase food, and pay utilities, as well as miscellaneous expenses every month. When you take responsibility for so much, it becomes difficult to agree with some of the prices that the wireless phone companies charge for wireless phones.
