Maybe scientist are doing something but the "government" arnt doing anything. Please send ideas and hopefully some scientist would see this. My idea: Water is rising so we need to move fast. Cars are doing most damage to our environment so why dont we use water to work our cars? Of course we are not substituting petrol, but we are changing the way our car works.
