http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/ChildrenAtPlay/ So here's the deal, just this past year facebook decided to change around there whole site, one change being the people allowed to join the site without a '.edu' e-mail requirement. Thus, taking away the whole point to the site, where as before it was based on college students communicating with one another. Now, highschool students, co-workers, and god knows who else is allowed to be a part of this supposively 'college only' website, which is bull****. I don't wanna see little underclassmen from highschool that i used to beat up on rummaging around the website because in all actuality most of them have myspace and they can wait it out another year or two, it makes it more exciting that way anyway. The whole problem is i'm sure facebook wants more members so hopefully one day down the road of online communication it can be as widely used as myspace. But that's why us college students like this site!!! It's based on us and only us, i feel kinda special :) but not anymore :( So i figured i'd try to take matters into my own hands and get alittle petition going. If you feel the same way i do and want everything back to normal than sign it, join the group, spread the word, and we MIGHT be able to get these greedy assholes to change it back. If not, and you like talking to 15 year old girls from highschool, or 15 year old guys that you used to rob for there lunch money everyday than **** it, that's your opinion so go with it. I know being a college kid must be SO much more "advanced" and "cool" and you have so much more knowledge about life than high school people do. Honestly, the nerve high school students must have! to infringe upon this "college only" website so they could communicate as well! Utterly despicable! That was sarcasm by the way.
