Mass hysteria, chronic double posting, and unnecessary flaming are all results of the lack of an edit button. I kindly ask you to look deep down into your compassionate heart and cure the ailments that run rampant throughout the forums by reinstating the edit button. The reinstatement of an edit button will, not only, make the forums a happier and safer place to post but also make your job much easier, which we have strived for the past few years. Once again, I request you to take a good look at this petition and, if there is justice in this world, return the edit button to its rightful owners, the people.
