She has tackled the social important storylines of a 40+ career driven workaholic who desires to have a child, a new mother\'s difficulties with parenthood and a professional woman struggling between her better judgment and loyalty to a friend. She has portrayed Cuddy as a fighter, friend, lover, mother, woman in charge and the person who House cannot seem to get out of his system. We believe that an Emmy for this wonderful actress is long overdue. Her sublime performances in Season 5 episodes 'Joy', 'Big Baby' and 'Both Sides Now' are Emmy worthy.
