Both of them do not show a full closed-captioned. Especaily, they do not add it while the reporter is on live. I have few channels that are CC and it did not give me options to watch. I feel that it wastes my money and time if there is so limited to watch. I know that it is very difficult to have every show from every channel to be CC; however, we are human and we have feelings. We can laugh. We can cry. we can be scared. If there is no CC, we will be unable to express our feelings. We will be end up to be bored. If there is no entertainment, then we will fall asleep or turned off with the remote. I live in the area where frequently receives a weather warning such as tornado. I will like to be aware of a warning and I will have an ability to make a decision if it will be worthy to evacuate as possible.
