http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/JusticeforHannah/ This petition is to have parole DENIED for Billy Glen Biles Jr, who was convicted of the 1995 killing of 3 year old Hannah Elizabeth Jane Kelly. Billy Biles, Jr inflicted blunt force trauma to Hannah's abdomen causing a perforation to the small intestine, releasing the contents into her abdomen. This caused an infection resulting in complete organ shutdown. This atrocity alone is enough reason for parole to be denied. He also has a prior history of abuse, intimidation and manipulation that was not known about until after this tragic incident. Having only served 10 years of his 30 year sentence it would be an enormous failure in the judicial system to allow a dangerous sociopath such as him to return to society. This would be a failure to not just the family of Hannah Kelly, but also to the State of Alabama and to Hannah herself. His behavior while in prison might be good, however, he is surrounded by men. His targets of abuse, control, manipulation and intimidation are women and children. The State of Alabama has him where he should be, away from women and children. If you let him out, I'm sure it will not be long before he commits another crime and the cycle continues! He threatened to kill Hannah's mother and her family. Please, for the safety of Hannah's family and other women and children keep this man behind bars as long as possible! He is not just some young punk who committed a petty crime, and has grown out of his juvenile behavior, he was 27 when he took Hannah's life. We do not feel that his almost 10 years in prison has cured him of his need to control and assault women and children. We feel that he can best serve society by staying where he is.
