I am calling this Felicity's Bill. This child was sexually abused by her father and her mother knew about it. There was an order of protection so that the father could not come near any of the children. The father's rights were terminated. When that happened the order of protection was no longer in place. With Felicity's Bill I would like to have it manditory that a child who's parents rights are terminated an order of protection placed until the child turns 21.
