http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/MPSP/ The purpose of this petiton is to get the lights at the skatepark. The reason this skatepark needs lights is basically for more skating time. One problem is that kids aren't doing their homework because they want to get to the skatepark before its too dark to skate. Most middle school students dont get out until 5:30 so when it starts to get darker earlier they will have no time at all to skate. The skatepark would get a lot more use if it had lights so it would defiently be worth it.
