Owners did not stick togther during a time when a salary cap was needed. Now we as american's are stuck with paying for stadiums and having a sub par product play in them. (Pirates) Small market teams will need to have the ability to compete if Baseball is to have a chance. I want this to start NOW. by signing this you are saying I'm a baseball fan and I want to see some competition.
