We must be strong to realize our destiny. We must know the virtues of writing and sacrifice from the religion of the Mexica so that we can be proud of our roots. The Mexica spoke in Nahuatl which beautifully flows from the tongue. With this language orators guided our people with poems of Nature and beauty. Other than being a great warrior, the king had to be a great speaker as well. We must know the virtue of writing and speaking well. The gods of the Mexica needed human blood to give them strength to move the Sun around the Earth and to sustain them. Warriors, child-bearing women, and the drowned were each rewarded by sacrificing themselves to the gods. We must know the virtue of sacrifice. From these two virtues we will be strong as a people. The Spanish descendents are still White and have been our greatest enemy who must be driven out. After 500 years, they still enslave us. The Spanish descendents rule Mexico as the upper class. For college admissions, the disempowered indigenous person has low college entrance rates. The US has always been a country enamored with imperialism and money. However, we have to be realistic here. We are never going to reclaim our land. It simply isnt ever going to happen. Instead, we have to work to educate our people so that they can ameliorate themselves and their living conditions. While protesting is sometimes required, simply whinning and complaining about the situation isnt going to do anything. People need to get out and vote, and advocate for what they believe in.
