http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/RepealSection131/ Following the Human Rights complaints against Macleans magazine and similar attacks on Mark Steyn and Ezra Levant we call on the Canadian Parliament to repeal Sec 13-1 of the Human Rights act. This section censors fair comment and apparently places the group right not to offend above the right of free speech. Its is fundamentally racist in offering this protection for only visible minorities and grants Government beauracrats in quasi courts draconian powers. In doing so its turning Canada into a totalitarian state.
