http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/Repeal_Gas_Tax/ This year has been proven to be most stressful on the pocketbooks of most Americans and from all reports is only going to get worse. With the price at the pumps now surging over $3.00 a gallon, and the estimated prices for fuel oil this winter, Americans are demanding a break. The economy as a whole is going to suffer as a result. Gas whether it be for a vehicle or for heating our homes is not a luxury, it is a necessity. As an American feeling the crunch I am calling for the tax on fuel to be repealed. In the end it will benefit the boosting of the American taxpayers pocketbook. As a taxpayer I am tired of cinching my belt to the point I am losing circulation, it is time the government figure out how to do without a little bit as well.
