The terms under which he has been impeached have yet to be released to the student body that is governed by, and previously elected, Brian Roth. The impeachment of Brian Roth was conducted improperly by the disciplinary committee in accordance to the Penn State Hazleton SGA constitution (refer to article XI; Sections 2&3 of the Penn State Hazleton SGA Constitution).
