Such is the case of 'SWAT Kats - the Radical Squadron', which aired during 1993 and 1994. The series followed the story of two vigilantees in a comic-book-like universe as they tried to protect their world from a vast menagerie of evil-doers. The show delighted the audience with intelligent dialogues, thrilling plot-lines and decent (if not awesome) animation, not to mention the terriffic soundtrack! Sadly enough, it was killed prematurely, after merely two seasons, the series never reaching a conclusion; episodes such as "The Curse of Kataluna aka Succubus", "Turmoil II: The Revenge" and "Doctors of Doom" were never finished while "Cold War" and "Blackout" were mere unused premises... visit http://www.swatkats.us to get samples of the episodes and see for yourself!
