http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/Securitygates/ Southridge Place was originally designed and marketed to be a gated community. There was an amendment which changed the covenants and thus allowed the current managing body of Southridge Place not to install the gates. Crime is on the increase in this area. Also real estate values have taken a sharp decrease due to the failing economy. In an effort to protect our families and real estate values, it is imperative that the gates be installed.
