http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/ack247/ I am a victom of injustice and have been for 15yrs.We as a nation must come together and help not hurt innocent children anymore.We as a people must come together and save our nation from destruction.Our punishments to disobeying a law needs and must begin to fit the circumstances to the individuals.I have suffered since I was born with physical deformaties and other problems.It caused me to suffer with depression and isolation and I just couldnt go to anybody for help.On top of that I was taught to not lie,cheat,and steal but to love others and treat them how you want to be treated, but at a very early age I saw the world to be full of hate and lies,and greed.It brung great confusion on me.I didnt fit in with any group in school and the only ones that didnt care if I was around them were the ones that didnt care about anything and they were doing drugs.I was just an innocent lost little boy who needed fiends.At 15 I lost my license because I was pulled over when I didnt even do anything wrong and the cop seen alcohol in my truck and immediately handcuffed me and to me to jail and charged me dui when me nor the people in my truck were drinking the beers were to hot to drink and we were just on our way home.They took my license cause the found some marijuana and a lawyer got me off the DUI but not having a license turn me into a drunk prior to that charge I didnt even really drink.Then because I started driking cause theres nothing else I could go do cause I have no license, when I got them back i just keep getting into trouble and more trouble.The trouble kep me from getting into the service and it kep me from getting any good job,can you see the cycle the penalties are for being lost and confused and depressed.I finally at the age of 22 i got off the alcohol and my life was getting somewhat better but still having lots of mental problems.After about 7yrs now of being sober and trying to have some kind of life I fell back into drinking cause of unresolved issues-mental and physical,then just recently I came back to my senses and realized I was heading back down the wrong road,I was begining to make changes in the right direction but because that leaves me lonely and isolated i made one wrong decision to go to a bar in hopes of finding a girl there who dosent like drinking but just dosent have anywhere else to go to meet people and on the way home that night my motorcycle just died on me and I pulled it off the road and a cop came by and said some woman called and said I ran off in the dicth,witch is just not true,he automaticaly made up in his mind i was drunk which wasnt true either though I did have a few drinks at the bar.He took me jail and I didnt take there breath allizer but wish I did cause now I have no license again and the thing is my business that I own requires me to make deliveres all over the county.If I cant make those deliveries I am out of work,I will lose by business,can you see how important it is for us as a people to make necessary change to our laws,is this truly justice for a guy like me?Is it justice to take a bad situation and make it worse,wheres justice in that.I know drunk driving is very wrong but not having a few drinks and then going home but thats not the issue here the issue is our youth being destroyed by our justice department and by the people who sole job is to protect us from harm,instead that are creating more harm to those who need our protection our youth.they make our future.I want your support to help our government wake up to the real problems and begin to make changes for the good.To help others so they want ever have to suffer like i have and still am.I greatly would apreciate your support on this.If we the people begin to unite and come together for one purpose to see change for the good of all people then there is still hope for this hopeless world.If we dont come together and let our voice be heard we are hopeless and things will never change.Please lets unite with purpose to see change that we so greatly need.Think you for your support.
