I have read on another petition on this site that 'people who behave badly should lose their life'. This is disgraceful. This is trying to 'play god' (i'm not actually religious). I believe that if somebody has comitted a terrible crime that yes of course they should be punished, but a worse punishment would be prison, as they have to live with their crime and, in effect, their life is taken from them in a different sense. We should be the ones to lead by example and show compassion for all.
