We were encouraged by your comment box initiative to give feedback about the food service, dietary concerns, and item recommendations. In this spirit, we would like to ask that you make blackbean burgers a staple at the Manzanita Dining Bonfire Grill, ensuring them at every meal. The blackbean burgers are tasty, healthy, and a great protein option for the vegetarians among us. We recognize that you receive many diverse demands of your food service, and we understand that resources are limited, especially at this tough economic time.
