Unknowledgable people convince themselves that it "is in their nature" to attack people. But research into the history of the breed shows that they were never bred for attacking humans. Bad Pitbulls aren't born, their trained. How is it that only humans can take a great family dog and turn it into a vicious animal? Through means so inhumane, only a human is capable of doing them. This bill will not have any effect. It is poorly written and will only target the good owners of these dogs. Certainly these dogs have the power to do damage if they bite, but they are statistically not as dangerous as Labrador Retrievers and Cocker Spaniels.
