My five year old daughter ask me everyday ask me to please to please save her. I have emailed more people then I can count, faxed more faxes then I can remeber, called the local police and Children's Aid Scoiety yet know one is willing to help me or my daughter! We all remember little Randal Dooley well my worst fear is that this will be another story like that if no one will help me. I can not give my daughter name as she is under age and i will get in trouble but my name is Kalena Mallon and this is my story: I am involved with the children aids society of brantford and have run short with my list of people to help me. I was a happy healthy person before they got invovled now i suffer from anxiety depression and re-occuring suicidal thoughts. They took my two older children Dec 16th 2002 because of my ex beating me infront of the children. The took my two youngest at birth because they say i am mentally unstable. I have done everthing the Society as of my including groups and programs to counselling and pshyciatrst to no avail of their broken promises to get my children back. I have been fighting them for three years now. Just recently actaul aug. 11 2004 my ex was awarding primary custody of my oldest two. The soceity is saying he is a changed man. My oldest two children are 5 and 6 and a half. They have come forward with allegation of abuse both physical and sexaul. The Society said they would investagate my daughters allegations of sexaul abuse. It took one day and they sent her and her brother back to their father the perputrator I believe my children are being harmed because I live with this man for 4 years and he beat me and has broken, my wrist, 3 ribs, and my shoulder bone, in the four years that I lived with him. I have on tape my children while playing with them at my mothers who gets them on weekends telling what their father does to them I also have pictures of bruises inflicted on them by their father when they go to my mother after coming from their fathers. I have called the police who say in is a society matter but the society seems to turn a blind eye when it comes to my children because they think i hate their father so much i put this in there heads. I did not when I get the privillage to see my children we do not talk aboout their father because it upsets them. Only when they bring up what he does to them I offer comforting words of trust to what they are saying and believe. i believe my children are in great danage by staying with their father. They have taken my daughter from me and my girlfriend only because my parents have been saying we were beating our baby. It's only because my mother has always wanted a girl and she thinks she can steal mine. We have not done anything wrong and CAS even says this, yet I never see my daughter only because during one of the visits CAS said I tried to kidnap my daughter. My girlfriend gets to have visits when her parents are present, but her parents won't let me come only because of what my family did. We have yet to see any court papers and are stuck in a pickle because if I hire a lawyer it's going to cost $2,000 and only when I hire a lawyer will CAS give me court papers, and then my money is gone down the drain. From the age 2-12 I was considered a ward of the court. Within this period of time I was placed in over 14 different foster homes. I was adopted at the age 5 but the "Dennis'" seperated a year later,then gave me back. I still carry their name even though I do not remember their faces. Now 33 I have kids of my own but since I took off when I was 13 for being mistreated, I accumilated a criminal record for providing the basic nesessities to live. Now the society is saying that, "Because I have a record" they are refusing to return my 3 yr old son into my custody. He was apprehendid because I was incarcerated for a domestic issue with my oldest sons mother. Which I should NOT have been incarcerated for due to the minor severety of the situation.I am NOT a violent person. She has a very irratic personality and struggles with a drug dependancy. Our altercation was over her ability to provide a responsible and healthy lifestyle and enviroment for our son. Since I have a record in the first place, it made it harder to take to trial. I ended up pleading guilty to get released earlier rather than wait incustody 3 months for a trial. I am a very caring and dedicated father I just want the best for my childeren. I am doing everything I can to prove to the society my sincerety. I cant afford a good lawyer just legal aid. My lawyer isnt fighting for me! I NEED HELP FOR MY CHILD! WHAT DO I DO?
