cell phones for 12 year olds http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/cell12/ I think its unfair for some 12 year olds not to have cell phones, i mean we're in 6th/7th grade witch means more friends, more after school activities, and more partys. my parents say that we can only get a cell phone when we graduate 8th grade. i have a cell phone only because i used all my money to buy a net 10 phone from best buy.
