Charles Manson needs to be released, he is clearly harmless in his old age and I would guess doesn\'t have many years left. Having spent most of his life in jail Charles is due some time out of there. Evidently shown in the parole hearings Mr Manson barely realises why he is in jail and there isn\'t even a scent of criminal essence in him if anything he is just a madman not the \"hey look out a murderous psychopath\" type more the old bum who\'s mind has expired due to living on the streets for too long.
