http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/chinesecannibal/ its outrageous!!!!!!!! the police are not arresting the chinese man that likes to eat women. on 60 minutes the showed him and he said he liked women from the west and the limb below their bottom. but the police aren't arresting him even though its the same as murdering them, but then eating them, so that must make him a serial killer, but no, the police can arrest someone who hurts some1 but not a man who kills then eats poeple. the police are putting a blind- eye on him (which means they know what he is doing but not doing anything about it) because he comes from a rich family, well **** them all!!!!!!!!!!
