People say Ciara admitted to being a man on Oprah, she has never been a guest on Oprah. Ciara just turned 19, in order to have a surgery such as transgender surgery you have to go through 4 years of counseling to be sure you're ready for such a change in your life which means she started her counseling when she was 14 (this rumor started when she was 18). SHE was a military baby which means she moved from country to country and state to state which also means she couldnt stay in one place long enough to get all the counseling. Military families don't make enough money to even afford a surgery like the one Ciara "allegedly" had. Another thing with this RUMOUR is that it changes depending on who you ask. One person says she's a man, someone else says she was a hermaphrodite..which one is it people??? Since people want to talk about her physical appearance and her chest in particular, hormones dont make someone grow a naturally looking chest like hers and breast implants dont look like that either.
