First offense: warning + $50 fine, 30 days community service (collecting dog **** in city park) Second offense: $250 fine, dog(s) removed from residence for 15 days, 60 days community service Third offense: $1500 fine, 90 Days in county jail, 1 year community service, dog(s) destroyed I like dogs as much as the other person but the owners are pretty much the guilty ones and need to be punished and punished harshly. This is due in fact since most dog owners don't give a **** about anyone else. So **** their attitude and now they can suffer!!!! **** annoying dogs and their asshole owners!!!
