		<title>Change Back The Digg.com Comment System!</title>
		<link>http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/diggcomments/</link>
<description>Simple, and to the point. This petition is aimed at rallying users of digg.com, in an effort to convince the sites administrators to revert the commenting system to the way it was.

The new system flies in the face of usability and community, two of the things digg does well. Let&#039;s face it, the reason digg is so popular isn&#039;t simply because of the fact that you can vote on &amp;quot;social bookmarks&amp;quot;, which are in fact content from other sources. The comment system, and the interaction between its users, are the only thing digg can claim as original content, and the driving force behind the community.

Digg has constantly touted the site as a democracy, well this petition is aimed to put that to the test. Every signature on this petition, is a vote (by the people) to return to a system that we feel, worked just fine or at least better than the current iteration.

Thank you.</description>
