Both of our K-9 canines have vest and I have had to purchase them ourselfs. Its a expensive thing but hey, ya gotta have them. We lost our first dog after 4 yrs. on the force, and now we dont go out with out it. Its a life saver. I SUPPORT THIS 110%.
