It has been confirmed that The Legend of Dratini, Electric Soldier Porygon, and The Ice Cave were all indeed dubbed, and it's possible that Barboach vs. Whiscash was dubbed as well (though not confirmed). I've tried contacting both 4Kids and PUSA (the company that now owns the dubbed series) about this matter, but received automated replies from both. I think we definitely deserve to get at least a DVD release of the banned episodes.
